The South Kootenay Business Centre (SKBC) is a modern, turn-key office complex for business and non-profit organizations.  All suites are fully furnished and priced between $335 and $650 per month.  There are no long term leases and tenancy is month-to-month with no minimum duration. Office suites range in size from 140 to 249 square feet.  Shared amenities include a 465 sq-ft Board room with presentation equipment,  a common area with kitchenette for staff or informal meetings, business grade fibre optic internet in every suite, and shared WiFi.  

We offer affordable, all-inclusive rentals to help non-profits and new or expanding firms get established in a professional environment without costly leasehold improvements or other financial surprises.  The goal of the Business Centre is to support business development within the region. 

The South Kootenay Business Centre is centrally located across from Trail City Hall and is co-located in the same building as Canada Post and Community Futures. The SKBC is an initiative of, and managed by Community Futures Development Corporation of Greater Trail.
